Custom charges

You can now add one-off custom charges to current or future invoices. Choose from our existing vendor list or add a custom description. Here are two videos showcasing how you can add charges to current and future invoices.

Send invoice now

When setting up new customers on Rechargly, you can opt to send the invoice immediately. We’ll finalise the invoice, and they’ll receive an email to set up their agreement in Rechargly.

Backdating invoices

If you’ve missed adding charges in a billing period, you can now import and backdate charges in bulk. Here’s a short video explaining how to do this.
